吴宁副教授,金属材料工程教研室副主任

一、个人简介

吴宁,博士/博士后,副教授。2017年获中南大学材料工程专业硕士学位,2022年12月获中南大学材料科学与工程专业博士学位。2023年4月-2025年5月,中南大学冶金与环境学院冶金工程博士后。2025年6月加入桂林理工大学材料科学与工程学院。在Materials Science and Engineering AWear、Ceramics International、Journal of Alloys and Compounds、International Journal of Refractory Metals and Hard Materials、Journal of Materials Research and Technology等期刊上发表SCI论文20篇,获授权国家发明专利6项。

二、研究方向:

(1) 粉末冶金:金属陶瓷与硬质合金、超硬材料、金刚石/铜复合材料、铜基复合材料

(2) 关键金属高值化利用:高性能锡基焊料、Sn-Sb-Cu巴氏合金、铅铋合金

(3) 3D打印高温合金、不锈钢、钛合金

(4) 有色金属冶金及固废资源化

三、工作经历:

(1) 2025年6月—至今:桂林理工大学,材料科学与工程学院,副教授

(2) 2023年4月-2025年5月:中南大学,冶金与环境学院冶金工程博士后,重金属污染防治创新团队

四、科研项目:

(1) 广西光电重点实验室自主研究课题,快速热压烧结制备金刚石/铜复合材料的显微组织及导热导电性能研究,2026-05至2027-12,主持。

(2) 桂林理工大学人才引进科研启动经费,2025-06至2028-06,主持。

(3) 湖南省自然科学基金青年基金,2024JJ6514,高强韧TiB2-WC基金属陶瓷的“芯-环”结构调控、强韧化机理及切削性能研究,2024-01至2026-12,主持。

(4) 2023国家资助博士后研究人员计划C档资助,GZC20233201,TiB2基金属陶瓷的“芯-环”结构调控、强韧化机理及切削性能研究,2023-04至2025-04,主持。

(5) 科技部,国家重点研发计划“循环经济关键技术与装备”重点专项,2023YFC3904002,铜电解液净化系统三级硫化工艺铜砷定向回收机制,2023-12至2026-12,参与。
